The 2026 PRINTING United Expo Playbook for Promo Decorators

BY ALLEE BRUCE

In just two short months, the entire print industry will come together in one place for three days of exploration. PRINTING United Expo, happening Sept. 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will host more than 800 exhibitors, 70-plus education sessions, and 4.7 million lbs. of equipment for print and promo professionals looking to level up their businesses and discover what's next.

"What PRINTING United was designed to be was have every printing technology and every decoration technology under one roof," Dave Leskusky, president of PRINTING United Alliance, says. "For the promotional products supplier that's even more applicable. We have anything you can print on from apparel to paper to plastic to packaging all there ... from DTG, DTF, screen, dye-sublimation, UV, laser engraving, and embroidery."
