Pic The Gift Announces Acquisition of Just Vision It LLC
KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Expanded footprint: The acquisition expands Pic The Gift's manufacturing footprint and strengthens its position in print-on-demand and grand-format sublimation production.
- Vertical integration: The deal enhances PTG’s in-house production capacity, operational redundancy, and fulfillment capabilities as producers continue investing in end-to-end manufacturing control.
Pic The Gift (PTG), a vertically integrated B2B print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment company specializing in personalized products, announces its acquisition of Just Vision It LLC, a leader in grand-format sublimation printing. Just Vision It (JVI) will operate as Just Vision It, a Pic The Gift company, out of its current 50,000-square-foot facility in Lone Jack, Missouri.
"This acquisition is a major milestone for Pic The Gift and a tremendous win for our partners, our team, and our future," said Wes Pickering, CEO and co-founder of Pic The Gift. "JVI brings 13 years of manufacturing excellence, a talented and dedicated team, and a culture that aligns beautifully with our own. We are excited to welcome them into the Pic The Gift family."
Sublimation Production Expansion
The acquisition expands PTG's manufacturing footprint to three production facilities and meaningfully upgrades its sublimation capabilities. Most notably, PTG's print width capability increases from 1.8 meters to 3.2 meters (~6-11 ft.), enabling the company to produce large and grand-format banners, trade show displays, soft goods, and custom event signage entirely in-house. JVI is also recognized as one of the only G7-certified printers specializing in dye-sublimation, a color calibration standard that ensures exceptional consistency across devices, substrates, and production runs.
"Adding JVI's facility and equipment gives us a meaningful increase in manufacturing capacity, along with excellent operational redundancy," Keith Abert, COO and co-owner of PTG, said. "The product offerings from both companies complement each other well, and we see tremendous cross-selling opportunities that will allow us to deliver more comprehensive solutions to our customers.”
"We built Just Vision It to be the best dye-sublimation manufacturer in the USA," John Whitt, COO of Just Vision It, said. "Joining forces with Pic The Gift means we can deliver on that promise at a scale we couldn't achieve alone. I am confident this is the right next chapter for our customers, our team, and everything we've built."
Bram Mencher, president of operations at PTG, sees the deal as a foundation for long-term growth. “The economies of scale we'll gain across purchasing, production, logistics, and administration will make us a stronger, more competitive company,” Mencher said.
JVI's existing customer relationships will continue without disruption. PTG is committed to serving JVI's customers with the same quality, responsiveness, and personal attention they have come to expect. The acquisition closed on May 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
With three production facilities spanning 170,000 square feet, an expanded product catalog, and a team of more than 150 dedicated manufacturing professionals across Missouri, Pic The Gift enters this next chapter as one of the most capable print-on-demand manufacturers in the United States.
