ColDesi, a provider of printing and decorating equipment for customized products, introduces an expanded CMYKOG color system to its DTF-12H2 direct-to-film printer. ColDesi says the upgrade significantly increases the printer’s color capabilities for apparel decorators.

The upgraded DTF-12H2 now includes orange and green inks in addition to traditional CMYK and white, expanding the printer’s color gamut by 27% and enabling it to reproduce approximately 100,000 more printable colors than previous models. The result is brighter graphics, smoother gradients, and improved color accuracy for custom apparel, branded merchandise, and other decorated products.
